Corals in Kinko Bay
The water south of Sakurajima is highly transparent due to the incoming seawater from the open sea. Warm water from the Kuroshio Current enters this area as well and you will find many stony corals that make up the coral reef. The stony corals create complex terrains. Due to the warm currents of the Kuroshio Current, you can find many subtropic creatures as well.
Displayed in this tank are the stony corals found in Kinko Bay and subtropic fishes that come with the Kuroshio Current.
