Blue Damsel
The beautiful blue fish is the blue damsel. It lives to the south of Wakayama. It is a species of the same family as damselfish, often found in shallow ends of coral reefs.
Infants and females have transparent tail fins and males have blue tail fins. Due to this, male blue damsel fish used to be called cobalt chromis and considered to be a different type of fish.
It is a popular fish in an aquarium.
It is omnivorous but it mainly feeds on zooplanktons.
